33 Self-Care Ideas

Hello! How are you? Below is a list of 33 ideas about self-care. I have tried a lot of these things and I’ve loved them. I have also bolded each idea I have tried in case you would like me to do a separate post about it! Enjoy!! Let me know what you tried.

  1. Start a journal.
  2. Try a new recipe.
  3. Listen to a guided meditation.
  4. Go for a walk.
  5. Take a bath using a new product (bath salt, bath bomb, etc).
  6. Make a delicious hot drink with all your favorite toppings.
  7. Do some yoga.
  8. Try a new facemask.
  9. Make a self-care box.
  10. Watch your favorite movie with friends (or by yourself).
  11. Stretch.
  12. Read a new book.
  13. Play a board game with friends.
  14. Take an art class.
  15. Go to bed early.
  16. Call someone you love.
  17. Light a candle.
  18. Put your pajamas in the dryer for a minute before you wear them (or blankets!!).
  19. Drink some fruit-infused water.
  20. Binge watch your favorite show.
  21. Treat yourself to something sweet.
  22. Color!
  23. Buy yourself your favorite flowers.

  25. Plan a weekend getaway.
  26. Play with a pet.
